Ingredients

  • 1 cup jasmine rice

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Zest of 1 lime

  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice until the water runs clear.
